On behalf of one of our clients we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative

What you will do:

• Telephone advice and tech support for two-wheelers

• Advice on components (bicycle and motorcycle) and eBike components

• Acceptance of orders from domestic and foreign customers

• Order entry and deadline monitoring

• Cooperation in the preparation of technical information and documents

• Control and ensure logistics

• Creation of evaluations and statistics

• Collaboration and alignment with domestic outside sales organization”

 

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training

• Experience in internal sales - especially in telephone customer service

• Affinity to the bicycle or motorcycle technology

• Native or Fluent Dutch + English language skills German is an asset

• Expert use of MS Office (Word, Excel) / Experience with SAP desirable

• Willingness to travel between Germany and the Netherlands
