For the Customer Service Centre (CSC) in Hoofddorp we are looking for an: Account Coordinator – Spain and Italy
As an Account Coordinator you are primarily responsible for all customer contact in our Spanish region. You will also act as a backup for our Italian service desk and other regions when necessary.
Your main tasks
Maintain and create a high level of customer satisfactionIdentify improvements and potential for market activities and report pro-actively Participate in CC workgroups when required
Competences and Skills
Above all you have a strong and enthusiastic personality, you’re customer-oriented and (commercial-) result driven.
Bachelor / higher educational level or proven ability to act on higher educational level in previous jobs
Languages: Native Spanish + Fluent English + Italian
Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain is a plus
