For the Customer Service Centre (CSC) in Hoofddorp we are looking for an:   Account Coordinator – Italy and Spain

As an Account Coordinator you are primarily responsible for all customer contact in our Italian region. You will also act as a backup for our Spanish service desk and other regions when necessary. 

 Your main tasks

Sub tasks

Maintain and create a high level of customer satisfactionIdentify improvements and potential for market activities and report pro-actively Participate in CC workgroups when required

Competences and Skills

Above all you have a strong and enthusiastic personality, you’re customer-oriented and (commercial-) result driven.

Needed skills:

Bachelor / higher educational level or proven ability to act on higher educational level in previous jobs

Languages: Native Italian + Fluent Spanish

Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain is a plus

Commercial background  

Competences:

Able to work under time pressure

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
