As an Employee Customer Service & Sales Denmark you will work together with your colleagues in Team Europe, each having their own specialism in the field of being a buyer and sales in glamping vacations. Your specialism concerns the Danish customer. Therefore your speaking and writing in Danish/Dutch/English is excellent. Our teams work according the Scrum method, where the process is supervised by the Scrum Master, your Chapter Lead is there for coaching you and for your own development. Because you cooperate in a team, it may occur that you carry out activities that do not always have to do with Denmark.
Together with your colleagues you are responsible for Team Europe. Together with your team you will prepare goals, and will strive to achieve those goals. Your contribution in this goal is to answer the telephone, and mail traffic regarding with bookings. You will handle, register and answer complaints, beside that you will update our Social Media. Also you will enter, manage and report information. The translations/process of the newsletters and texts on the website, belong to your proceedings (content). A versatile and challenging role!
You have a MBO think and work level and preferably a few years of work experience in handling customers or working at Customer Service. You are a Danish native speaker or went to school in Denmark. You are capable to quickly acquire new work and make it your own. You are customer oriented, have strong communication skills, are a team player, and you have eye for commerce. The agile work does not scare you, but it appeals to you.
